The Certificate in Personal Insolvency runs over 3 days followed by a 2 hour open book examination. The course goes beyond the basic ISI required competencies to enable you to manage your risk of working in this area, covering topics including:

Full attendance and successful passing of the exam (50%) is necessary to meet one of the ISI requirements for authorisation that all PIP applicants have satisfactorily completed a course - from a relevant professional educational body – on personal insolvency and practice in the State. This will form part of your application to ISI for authorisation; additional requirements include the holding of a Practicing Certificate, PI Insurance and the payment of a fee.
