Chartered Accountants Ireland's Research & Information Services supports your business goals and professional development by providing up-to-date, relevant and reliable information on all aspects of accountancy, taxation, business and management. We have branches in Dublin and Belfast offering access to the most comprehensive information and research resources for the profession in Ireland.

Printed Collections
With over 20,000 books, journals and reports we have the largest collection of accountancy related material in Ireland. The majority of this collection is available for members to borrow. Subject categories include:

- Company Law
- Management
- Taxation
Online Catalogue
An online catalogue covering all of our printed collections is available to members via the Institute website.Full texts of catalogue items can be requested from RIS by telephone, in person, by fax or by email.
Research Services
We are happy to undertake searches for you. A fully trained researcher will use our extensive collection of books, periodicals, databases and authoritative Internet sites to find the information
you require. You will then be sent a list of relevant items to select from. Requests for research can be made by emailing the RIS Enquiry Team.
EBSCO-Business Source Corporate
Research & Information Service provides Chartered Accountants Ireland members free access to EBSCO, a major business full-text database of nearly 3000 business journals via the Members' area of the website.This database also provides country economic reports, industry reports and Datamonitor company profiles.
RIS Newsletter
This web-published newsletter describes recent additions to our collections across a range of subject areas. It includes articles from local and international business and accounting
journals, new books and new products and services available from RIS.
