Compliance Support -ROI

Compliance icon

The Practice Consulting Team can help your firm to improve and maintain compliance. Since 2012 it is necessary for Chartered Accountants to have an Insolvency Practising Certificate if they practice insolvency. As a holder of a certificate you must have adequate systems and documentation of assignments. You must also carry out and record an Insolvency Compliance Review at least once each year. Practice Consulting can help you to carry out this review. We can review your whole firm procedures and carry out cold file reviews of individual assignments.

Contact Conal Kennedy at 01 637 7396 to discuss your requirements and the cost of this service.
