The course will guide and support you as you prepare to return to work. This process can stir up a range of emotions and challenges and this course is designed to support you.

Speaker Bio

Karin Lanigan is Manager of the Career Development and Recruitment Service offered by the Institute. She is a qualified Executive Career Coach with extensive experience supporting the career development of finance professionals at all stages of their career. The Career Coaching Service was short listed for an IITD Excellent in Coaching Award in 2016. Karin also has over 20 years' recruitment experience combined with a strong understanding of the trends and developments in the job market.
