Highlights this week include Revenue’s request for trading details from certain companies, our survey on HMRC performance is still open and Australia is considering introducing a digital tax.

  1. Revenue have sent out notices to companies who are registered with the CRO but who have not yet registered the company’s trading status with Revenue
  2. If you are a landlord and received a tracker mortgage redress payment, Revenue have said that any tax liability arising is to be paid by the lender
