The Quality Assurance Committee made an order to withdraw entitlement to hold clients' money of the firm Nick Linnane & Co, Ivy House, Main Street, Moate, Co Westmeath for non-compliance with Chapter 9 of the Public Practice Regulations. This order took effect on 18 October 2017.
Withdrawal of a firm's Investment Business Authorisation
The Quality Assurance Committee made an order to withdraw the Investment Business Authorisation of the firm Nick Linnane & Co, Ivy House, Main Street, Moate, Co Westmeath for non-compliance with the Investment Business Regulations. This order took effect on 26 September 2017.
