Sinead is a Queen’s University, Belfast Law graduate and KPMG trained Chartered Accountant and she has enjoyed a varied career spanning Finance / Consulting positions with Bombardier, Ulster Bank and McKinty Associates Recruitment since qualification. She joined Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2018 and the remit of her current post spans across the areas of stakeholder engagement and student recruitment on an all island basis. She is an avid contributor in the NI market and has been heavily involved in various Ulster Society committees (previously undertaking the Honorary Secretary role while also sitting on various sub-committees eg. Members in Business Group (past Chair), Member Services Group, Young Professional Group (past Chair), Conference Group, Student Society (past Chair)) and currently sits on the Young Leaders NI committee (past Chair) - she has vast experience in organising events aiming to educate, inspire and connect people. Sinead has been recognised in Northern Irelands ‘Top Forty under 40’ and ‘Top 20 Inspiring Women in Business’ listings by Business First. She also won the 2017 ‘Young Chartered Star’ competition ran by Chartered Accountants Ireland. Sinead is a keen advocate for Chartered Accountants Ireland and the promotion of the profession.
