Being at your best:Increasing self-confidence at work

All of us doubt ourselves sometimes or have some aspects of our job where we don’t feel as confident as we usually would.  Other people lack confidence more generally and are very self-critical and hard on themselves.  Wherever you are on this continuum, this course provides ways to help you increase your confidence where you need to so that you can be at your best at work and get the results you want.

This day is very practical and includes best practice techniques from Positive Psychology, Sports Psychology, Neuroscience, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reflective Practice, Design Thinking and Mindfulness.
