Chartered Accountants Leinster Society today announces a new, three-year partnership with leading accounting and tax specialist recruitment practice, Barden to produce the definitive guide to salaries in the Chartered Accountancy profession in Ireland.
The Leinster Society Salary Survey allows Chartered Accountants Ireland members and others to benchmark their remuneration packages across a range of categories.  Last year it illustrated that the average salary package of a Leinster based Chartered Accountant with 5 years qualified experience was €106,500 and the starting salary of a one-year qualified member was €56,800. It also provides valuable insights on non-monetary motivational factors and the impact of technology on the careers of members.
Last year, over 1,700 members of the Leinster Society responded to the survey, making it one of the most robust and reliable such surveys and a reference point for many involved in and advising the profession. The research to support the 2018 salary survey will be conducted and managed by independent agency, Coyne Research and the survey entered the field earlier today. The 2018 results will be issued jointly by Barden and the Leinster Society on 5 July in Chartered Accountants House, Dublin.
