    Chartered Accountants Ireland gives notice that four public hearings before a Disciplinary Tribunal will commence at 10am on 17 July 2017 at Chartered Accountants House, 47-49 Pearse St., Dublin 2.

    The hearings relate to members of Chartered Accountants Ireland whom it is alleged did render themselves liable to disciplinary action by acting in breach of the Continuing Professional Development Regulations or by acting in breach of the Code of Ethics for Members or by failing to co-operate with the disciplinary process. The formal allegations will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

    Chartered Accountants Ireland gives notice that a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal will commence at 10am on 12 June 2017 at Chartered Accountants House, 47-49 Pearse St., Dublin 2.

    The hearing relates to a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland whom it is alleged did render himself liable to disciplinary action by acting in breach of the Code of Ethics for Members, the Audit Regulations, Investment Business Regulations, the Public Practice Regulations and the Continuing Professional Development Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.  It is further alleged that the member failed to co-operate with the disciplinary process.  The formal allegations will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

    The hearing relates to a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland whom it is alleged did render himself liable to disciplinary action by acting in breach of the Code of Ethics, the Audit Regulations, the Investment Business Regulations, the Continuing Professional Development Regulations and the Public Practice Regulations and by failing to co-operate with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

    Chartered Accountants Ireland gives notice that two public hearings before an Appeal Tribunal will commence at 2pm on 26 January 2017 at Chartered Accountants House, 47-49 Pearse St., Dublin 2.

    The hearings relate to a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland whom it is alleged did render himself liable to disciplinary action by acting in breach of the Code of Ethics for Members of Chartered Accountants Ireland and by virtue of an insolvency event having occurred in relation to him. The appeals will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws and Regulations of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
