Russell Beck (Director of Inspiration, ImagineThinkDo Ltd)As an engineer, Russell is not your average people-person. He connects dots in an informative way to help leaders take tangible actions to unlock the potential and productivity of their most expensive and most important asset, their people.

Emer Keaveny (Associate Partner, EY)Emers works in in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY in Dublin. Her role involves working with a team of specialists, focusing on advising clients, both listed and private on complex financial accounting and financial reporting issues. She specialises in IFRS and Irish GAAP accounting.

Alan Seery (Executive Director, EY)Alan combines extensive industry experience with expertise in financial reporting (IFRS / FRS 102); group reporting; consolidation; strategy; financial control; budgeting; problem solving and project management.

Tony Buckley (Former Head of Customs Division, Revenue Commissioners)Tony Buckley is a consultant, utilising his 40 years of experience as a Civil Servant. He was Head of the Revenue Customs Division when he retired in 2018. Since commencing consultancy in 2019, he has been mainly engaged on projects around Brexit preparation, including private clients and group training.

Aveen McShane (Senior Manager, PKF-FPM)Aveen is part of PKF-FPM's senior management team and assumes a lead role within its Business Advisory Division, dealing with Brexit and Covid-19 issues among others. She is a senior advisor to Enterprise Ireland, Intertrade Ireland and Tourism NI.

Maura Ginty (Gintax)Maura advises private Irish business and families on all tax matters; she has her own firm Gintax and prior to this she was with KPMG for 16 years.

Jim Stafford (Partner, Friel Stafford)Jim is an experienced Insolvency Practitioner and forensic accountant with two years working in New York and five years working in London. He has been appointed as Liquidator/Receiver to over 600 companies. He has also been involved in hundreds of corporate restructurings and is one of Ireland's leading experts on Personal Insolvency and bankruptcy.

Conal Kennedy (Head of Practice Consulting, Chartered Accountants Ireland)Conal and his team provide advice and support to practices throughout Ireland and publish a range of practice toolkits covering Anti Money Laundering, Audit, Accounting and Compliance.

Jeremy Twomey (Practice Consulting Manager, Chartered Accountants Ireland)Jeremy works to support the Institute's member practitioners across our service areas, with a particular focus on compliance support, training and our associated advisory services.

Aidan Lambe (Director of Professional Standards, Chartered Accountants Ireland)Aidan has worked in various roles at the Institute since 1996, including as Director of Representation and Technical Policy for almost 10 years, until taking up his present position. Aidan is closely involved in many significant technical and regulatory matters on behalf of the Institute.

Ann Cullen (Head of Audit Monitoring)Ann has extensive experience covering the areas of audit, investment business, anti-money laundering and non-audit. She has performed inspections of firms of all sizes from sole practitioners to Big 4 across the island of Ireland.

Karen Flannery (Head of Professional Standards Projects)Karen works with Professional Standards colleagues to respond to changes in the regulatory environment arising from legislation, oversight body recommendations and government policy. Karen has experience of a range of regulatory and technical matters pertinent to the audit and accounting profession.

Ali Sheridan is a Senior Sustainability and Climate Adviser, with experience of working in private, public and NGO sectors in Ireland and abroad. Former Country Sustainability Manager for IKEA Ireland, Ali has also worked in the food industry as Sustainability Manager for Bord Bia, and was part of the inaugural group of Origin Green Ambassadors where she worked with PepsiCo, Subway and the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) Platform.

Dearbhla Stapleton is Programme Manager for SMEs and large businesses for Sustainability Energy Authority of Ireland. A Chartered Engineer, Dearbhla is the former Director of Operations, Growth & Sales, in Jacobs' Buildings and Infrastructure, where she focused on providing solutions to clients for a more sustainable and connected world.

Peter Moran is Energy Management Leader and Sustainability Lead with AbbVie Global Energy Support, where he leads the ISO 50001 energy management program. A senior energy management, engineering management and Six-Sigma professional, Peter is a recipient of a number of National and International Awards (including SEAI and Green Awards, and AEE Awards for International Energy Project of the Year and Corporate Energy Management in Western Europe).

Tony Hughes (Director of Cybersecurity Consulting, Ansec IA)Tony has managed data related incidents in multiple sectors including the technical, management and regulatory response required to return to business as usual. This includes liaising with the NCSC (UK & IE), law enforcement, customers and staff, in order to mitigate any financial, regulatory or reputational impacts.

Niall Fitzgerald (Head of Governance and Ethics, Chartered Accountants Ireland)Niall leads the development of policy and matters relating to business ethics and governance across operations. He holds a M.Acc (NUIG), Diploma in Corporate Governance (UCD), is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Consultant.

Derek McKay,Managing Director Adare Human Resource Management. Derek McKay BBS, Chartered MCIPD, is an experieced human resource and employment law practitioner who has worked extensively in the private not- for -profit and public sectors.

Sean Kavanagh (Managing Director, Company Formations International)Sean Kavanagh ACIS, has been a Chartered Company Secretary in Ireland for more than 30 years. He lectures regularly on Company Secretarial topics to professional bodies and deals with Company Secretarial issues on a daily basis from incorporation thought to liquidation and beyond.

Roy Chambers (Financial Training Consultant)Roy Chambers is a finance professional with international senior commercial experience in a major plc and a background in finance training. He combines experience with development skills to improve business finance through better strategy, evaluation, decisions and leadership.
