Format
This course will be delivered in via Zoom on the 8th December 2022 from
10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants
the day before the course is due to take place
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for accountants, and other
business professionals, at the level of FCA or already working in the C-Suite. The course
is also suitable for, and particularly useful to, those working in
executive roles and preparing to make the transition to senior leadership positions within the
next 5 years.
Course overview
This course will follow the Virtual Classroom format and will encompass a full day's worth of learning. The online interactive live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and will be an engaging collaborative manner of learning.

Speaker Bio
Dr.Brian Massey - Dr Brian Massey
is a Professor at Trinity Business School where he lectures
in the areas of strategy and management. He holds a PhD in Strategic
Management from TCD and a MComm, MBS and BComm from UCD. Brian also serves
as a Programme Director of the Irish Management Institute and has
worked as a strategy advisor across a number of industries, where he
advises senior leaders on how best to adapt and develop their
strategies
