Budget 2021 explained for your clients – by us (Sponsored)

Oct 08, 2020

Budget 2021 will be announced on Tuesday 13 October 2020.

This Budget will respond to the challenges of  COVID-19, Brexit, health, housing and climate change. A team of experts in Chartered Accountants Ireland will analyse, interpret and provide informed, reliable commentary on the impact of this year's Budget on business in Ireland.

Chartered Accountants Ireland is again offering a Budget Summary Client Service to members. This provides the key points from the Budget as a branded summary that you can send to your clients the following day.

The summary takes the form of a full-colour PDF summarising the details of the Budget 2021, branded with the Chartered Accountants Ireland logo for you to send to your clients.

In the summary, there is a table identifying changes to the tax rates and credits, and an explanation of Budget 2021 material in individual sections, such as

  • Personal tax;
  • Business tax;
  • Capital and transaction taxes;
  • Indirect taxes;
  • Sector-specific taxes (e.g. agri sector, property sector);
  • Carbon tax; and
  • Budgeting for Brexit.
