Business Intelligence made easy with ZapBI (Sponsored)

May 06, 2021

Companies today struggle with harnessing their disparate “data lakes” in a way that makes getting to the core of what’s driving business performance seem like a daunting task. Not any more with ZAP BI.

With Zap’s Data Hub and pre-built BI reporting suite, you can now have a fully automated BI data warehouse, data cubes and reporting platform within a few weeks – not months!

No need for in-house data scientists or additional IT maintenance burden – ZapBI’s data-handling and Azure warehousing processes take care of the full end-to-end BI build.

Typical deterrents to embarking on a BI implementation

  1. Affordability – data analytics projects can typically be expensive with open-ended costs.
  2. Lengthy build and deployment times – often, these projects can take many months to bring to “live”.
  3. Difficulties in accessing your data – some ERP systems are configured to make data connections difficult and/or require payment to the provider for such access.
  4. Reporting – not really knowing what you want to see. It can be overwhelming trying to scope out your reporting needs the first time you build a BI platform.

How does Zap address these challenges?

ZAP’s solution requires minimal upfront configuration investment, and thereafter is a value-for-money 3-year subscription licence, support and maintenance model, aimed at ensuring affordability for small and medium sized enterprises.

Since ZAP has spent many years developing both the system-specific data connectors it uses, and the reporting suites it generates, you can expect to be up and running in a matter of a few weeks. These bespoke data connectors get round the issues of proprietary systems requiring you to pay additional licencing costs and having technical know-how in order to be able to access their key data tables.

After many years of customer feedback, ZAP believes it has created a ready-to-go financial and operational reporting suite that will cover most, if not all of your reporting needs, regardless of your industry. Additional bespoke reports can also be created if required.

Will ZAP work on my data?

ZAP’s connectors and Data Hub will work with many of today’s leading ERP platforms, including but not limited to: NAV, Dynamics 365, Sage, SysPro and SAP Business One. For the full list of compatible systems, please see https://www.zapbi.com/ “Solutions”.

In addition, you can upload your own external Excel data sources and easily link them to other data tables within Zap Data Hub.

About ZAP

With over 350 customers and 60 staff around the world, ZAP are fast becoming a major market force in the provision of ready-to-go data warehousing and BI reporting suites.
