This week read about Revenue’s letters to PAYE workers requiring them to file Form 12 returns, while in the UK, HMRC have scheduled maintenance to the Making Tax Digital (MTD) VAT service. In International news, Albania and Namibia are the latest countries to join BEPS.

     

     Ireland

  1. Revenue will be issuing notices to PAYE workers over the next two weeks, requiring them to file a Form 12 for the year ended 31 December 2018. The deadlines are 31 October 2019 or 12 November if using ROS.  Read the letter Revenue is issuing to taxpayers.
