In his regular column in the Sunday Business Post, Brian Keegan, Director of Public Policy & Taxation considers the recent carbon tax proposals and says you can’t charge consumers more carbon tax when we still have no cleaner alternatives. In the Irish Examiner, Brian looks at how caution is needed over the OECD’s proposed new cross-country tax system for multi-nationals in particular.  In The Sunday Times, Brian says the traditional approach of imposing tax where value is created is shifting to taxation at the point where value is consumed.
