Following representations made by the CCAB-I at recent TALC Collections Sub-Committee meetings, Revenue has confirmed that it will now add a TAIN reference to the subject line of its ROS correspondence with agents. This follows feedback from agents with multiple TAINS about difficulties experienced when receiving ‘ROS notification’ emails and not knowing which agent certificate to log in with to check the correspondence.
Revenue has confirmed this change should be implemented by 15 February and the ROS manual will be updated accordingly.
