Finance Manager - Contract 6 mths - Nth Dublin

Our client is a national healthcare services chain seeking a Finance manager for 6 months with a few years PQE.
4 in Finance to manage
North Dublin based.

The Role
As Finance Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and all relevant journals. Review and monitoring of performance of actuals versus budget and prior year.
• Key balance sheet and fixed asset reconciliations each month
• Management of the finance function and the finance team below
• Management of day to day banking, financing lease arrangements, liaison with bank
• Management of the annual audit and tax compliance which will be in May 2021
• Tax compliance – CT, Payroll Taxes
• Involvement in the integration of new acquisitions from a banking and accounting perspective
• Overseeing the AP, Payroll and revenues processes
• Overseeing payroll processes

Key skills & responsibilities:
• Fully qualified accountant with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in industry
• Experienced in the production of monthly accounts and reconciliations
• Staff supervision experience- especially accounts payable and bank reconciliations
• Should demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm to hit the ground running
• Strong MS Office skills, General IT knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ideally experience in Xero accounting system and any related reporting packages
