About the job

Seeking someone with who has worked in a small/medium sized accounting practice with experience in accounts preparation to manage an exceptional team of ten, in the accounts preparation and bookkeeping department working with a diverse portfolio of SME and large clients.

The duties will include:
• Review of Accounts Files prior to Partner review
• Supervision of the Accounts & Bookkeeping Team
• Delivery of internal training from time to time;
• Managing the Accounts Department Workflow, deliverables and billings
• Identify and market additional service offerings to existing clients.
• Responsible for ensuring the team are working to deadlines and within budgets on each assignment.
