Enforcement Committee Test

23.	The Enforcement Committee will decide that either:

(a)

a Respondent is not liable for Enforcement Action and shall issue a Notice of Cancellation pursuant to Rule 75; or

(b)

a Respondent is liable for Enforcement Action having made Adverse Findings against the Respondent.
