| 4. | Where the Conduct Committee considers that there is a good reason to investigate an Allegation, it shall: |
| (a) | refer the Allegation for investigation by the Executive Counsel; |
| (b) | direct whether the investigation should be delegated to the appropriate Recognised Supervisory Body; and |
| (c) | direct if the investigation shall be overseen by the Case Management Committee. |
| 5. | Where the Conduct Committee decides not to refer the Allegation for investigation, it may refer the matter back to the Case Examiner to resolve using constructive engagement. |
| 6. | The Conduct Committee may delegate the decisions at Rules 4 and 5 to the Case Management Committee. |
