6. Declaration to be made when delivering information

(1) When delivering the required information to the Commissioners, an applicant, or another person acting under the applicant’s authority, shall make a declaration that the information delivered is full, correct and true to the best of the applicant’s knowledge or belief.

(2) The declaration to be made under paragraph (1) shall be in a form specified by the Commissioners.
