HMRC’s Annual Report and Accounts 2018–19 was published in July. HMRC wants to ensure that, as a publication, the report continues to serve its purpose effectively – providing taxpayers and stakeholders with the information they need and expect and presenting it in the most useful and accessible way. To help do this, HMRC is running a short online ready survey, which is open until Friday 1 November 2019.

Please complete the survey so HMRC can better understand:

• who is or is not reading the annual report, and why
• how useful readers find it
• what readers like and dislike about the report’s content and format
• how readers would prefer to receive this information in future

HMRC will use this insight to inform plans for the content and delivery of future annual reports.
