868 Execution of warrants

(1) Warrants issued in relation to income tax, corporation tax and capital gains tax must be executed by the persons to whom they are directed.

(2) Members of the Garda Síochána must aid in the execution of the Tax Acts and the Capital Gains Tax Acts.
