If in the course of 'refurbishment' of a building in Temple Bar an extention is built on to part of the building will the expenditure on the addition qualify as 'refurbishment'?. No. Such expenditure is not considered to be carried on the repair or restoration of the building, rather it is considered to be new construction. IT943030
