653AMA. Functions conferred on Limerick City and County Council
A function conferred by this Part on a local authority shall, in the case of Limerick City and County Council, be performed for it or on its behalf and in its name—
(a) in the case of the functions conferred by paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of section 653I(4), by the Mayor of Limerick, and
(b) in all other cases, by the director general of Limerick City and County Council.
