“conservation” has the same meaning as it has in the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 477/2011);

together with interest charged on that amount, calculated in accordance with section 159D, from the date of disposal of the qualifying land or, as the case may be, a part thereof, to the date the penalty clawback is remitted.
