96 Succession

This section ensures that where a disponer became beneficially entitled to any property on the death of another person, that disponer is deemed to have been beneficially entitled to it from the date of the death of that person for the purposes of the 5 year and 2 year minimum ownership rule referred to in sections 94 and 95.
