Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, Margrethe Vestager, has said that “we will carefully study the judgment and reflect on possible next steps” following the judgment by the General Court that annuls the European Commission’s decision that Ireland granted illegal State aid to Apple through selective tax breaks.
