In his regular Tax Take column in the Sunday Business Post, Brian Keegan, Director of Public Policy and Taxation argues that the likes of the Paradise papers leaks will prompt further cross border legislative reform,  but should not be regarded as an acceptable substitute for government policy and the rule of law.    In a piece in the Irish Examiner today, Brian points out that while self-assessed taxpayers are taxed more heavily than employees, timely tax compliance is good business practice.
