When it comes to attracting and retaining top talent, Chartered Accountants Ireland has practical supports for training organisations.

We are offering Registered Training Organisations a financial incentive for taking on additional trainee(s) on the training contract route in 2024/25. A credit of €1,000/£900 is available against the education fees of each additional student recruited.  

For example, a firm who took on one student in 2023, and in 2024 decides to take on two students, will secure a credit to their account of €1,000/£900. 

The credit applies to the first year education fees only, and up to a maximum of 4 students, meaning you can save up to €4,000/£3,600.

We have a limited number of incentives available. To avail of the incentive, please register your interest with us by emailing incentive@charteredaccountants.ie. 

Terms & Conditions

1. In order to avail of this offer the organisation must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
2. The €1,000/£900 credit applies only to student fees charged by Chartered Accountants Ireland on additional students recruited in 2024, above and beyond the numbers that were taken on in 2023.
3. The credit will apply for one year only.
4. The scheme is available on a per organisation basis, not per office basis.
5. The discount is available up to a maximum of 4 additional students per organisation.
6. The credit will be applied in Q1 2025 after the student is fully enrolled & registered their training contract. This credit should be used within the year but the timeframe may be extended upon request.
7. Further credits/refunds are not provided should any of these additional students subsequently withdraw from the programme.
8. Enrolments for all new students should be received no later than 16 September 2024.
