  • The draft regulations setting out how companies can enter into simplified arrangements in respect of claims and surrenders of group relief for carried-forward losses have been published for comment
  • To complete the legislative framework for the new sugar levy, two statutory instruments are required. A technical consultation seeking comments on both of these draft statutory instruments has been launched
  • Tell HMRC you're sending employees to work in the European Economic Area or a country with a reciprocal agreement with the UK for National Insurance purposes.
