Peter is an experienced Coach, Organisational Behavioural Consultant and Mentor with over 25 years' senior leadership experience in the Financial Services sector. He has a deep affinity for working with groups and teams. He accumulated extensive experience as a team leader through professional practice. His interest and experience are underpinned by his qualifications in Team Coaching and Organisational Behaviour.

She has a proven ability to lead and develop teams, ensuring that the organisation's structures and processes are aligned to support a culture of high performance and accountability. She has a deep understanding of the psychology of learning and in her capacity as a design leader, she has an extensive portfolio of designing and delivering successful programmes across a wide range of skills development needs.
