Mindfulness and Resilience


Mindfulness has many proven benefits including reduction of stress, irritability, anxiety, depression & low mood, as well as positive improvement in creativity, focus, memory & relationships. The morning will introduce & explain mindfulness & give people an opportunity to practice & develop mindfulness techniques. The afternoon will then include many other tips & techniques for building resilience a handling stress in work & outside work.

This course will be delivered via Zoom on Wednesday 25 November 2020 from 10am to 12noon and 2pm to 4pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.

Speaker bio

Dr.Jill is a psychologist, business woman, speaker & is often described as a "supercoach" - working mostly with CEOs, top business & political leaders. Having been a coach for 15 years & counting, she helps people create the life & work they REALLY want. Previously a management specialist at the IMI, she also ran a thriving leadership development business for 16 years, working with clients like Coca Cola, Dropbox, Google & the Irish Stock Exchange & has lectured on the Trinity MBA since 2005.
