  • Financial Strategy and SHV - Applying SHV analysis to financial strategy; the seven value-drivers of SHV; developing corporate strategies based on the seven value drivers; applying SHV analysis to mergers and acquisition and to the cost of capital
  • Applying SHV within Organisations - Business re-engineering; structuring executive compensation and ten ways that a CFO can offer useful strategic insights to their CEO

Speaker bio

Cormac teaches finance, at post-graduate level, at the Irish Management Institute, University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin and Chartered Accountants Ireland. He is also a commentator on economic and current affairs on broadcast media and through his weekly columns with The Sunday Times (Irish Edition) and The Times (Ireland).
