Forensic accounting and investigations - Recording


This session will focus on current trends in forensic accounting investigations, touching upon money laundering and fraud investigations as well as other types of disputes. We will consider the legal framework around the pursuit of such cases, and the various techniques which may be employed to disguise ownership and prevent transactions being traced. Should there be topics of particular interest to attendees, the session can be adapted to cover these areas of interest.
