Paul Henry
Bio: Paul is the President of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Chair of the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies. Paul is a Director in Osbourne King where he leads the advisory and consultancy service.
Will O’Brien
Bio: Will has overall responsibility for Forensics and eDiscovery operational management and delivery in PWC in Ireland. William recently led and developed a Cyber Security Certificate on behalf of Chartered Accountants Ireland and he is a regular speaker and guest lecturer on the topic of Cyber Security and Forensic Technology at the Institute of Bankers Certificate and Diploma in Compliance.
Muireann Dennehy
Bio: Muireann Dennehy is a Partner specialising in Investigations and White Collar Crime at Mason Hayes and Curran LLP based in Dublin. Previously, Muireann was a Senior Associate at Jones Day in London and Acting Head of Investigations at Morgan Stanley.
Dale Goss
Bio: Dale immigrated to the UK from South Africa in 1999. He pursued his passion in fraud investigations and has extensive experience within retail and financial services and more recently within the telecommunications industry, based in Ireland. A key element when investigating fraud is obtaining, reviewing and understanding the relevant data and information, before presenting the information as evidence. Decision makers rely heavily on this evidence to form their conclusions.
Dan MacGinty
Bio: Dan is a Detective Sergeant at the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) in charge of the Anti-Corruption Unit at GNECB. Prior to this, Dan was in charge of the Fraud Assessment and Intelligence Unit.
Bernard Eyres
Bio: Bernard is a Director in KPMG’s Forensic practice having joined in 2008. He has been involved in the Forensic Accounting profession for over 15 years and has gained considerable experience in the provision of Investigation and Dispute Resolution Services. Bernard is also part of the team that delivers the Institute’s Diploma in Forensic Accounting and Investigation.
Tim Roulston
Bio: Tim is a Forensic Accountant and Dispute Resolution Consultant with twenty years’ experience in Forensic Accounting. He has given expert accounting evidence in the High Court, Arbitration and Professional Disciplinary hearings and the Circuit Criminal Court. He is a qualified mediator and arbitrator. He also lectures on the Diploma in Forensic Accounting on behalf of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Kevin Hart
Bio: Kevin Hart leads Kroll, a division of Duff and Phelps, based in Dublin. Kevin’s focus is partnering with Irish businesses to manage their risks effectively, especially when operating or owning assets outside of Ireland. He has over 20 years of experience in fraud, corruption and money laundering investigations; forensic accounting; and litigation support. He has experience in fraud risk management and large scale fraud perception surveys, and anti-fraud and anti-corruption training.
