Easing Burnout and Exhaustion (ROI/NI)

Summary
To mark World Mental Health Day, Thrive and the Leinster Society bring you this engaging webinar covering the serious topic of Burnout. Delivered by Belinda O'Neill, this session aims to impart a deeper understanding of burnout, its symptoms, and practical ways in which it can be prevented rather than cured. In high-stress environments, burnout is an epidemic, and using her 'bought in, not burnt out' approach, Belinda hopes to help us prevent it
