Caroline Reidy – Managing Director, The HR Suite runs
The HR Suite who offer specialist tailored and effective human resources,
employment law and business solutions to over 500 clients throughout Ireland.
Caroline is a past Commissioner on the Low Pay Commission and is also an
adjudicator in the Work Place Commission. Caroline has completed a Masters
in Human Resources in the University of Limerick and is a trained
mediator. She is also the author of ‘The Art of Asking the Right
Questions” that provides top tips to people managers throughout the employment
journey.
Joe Carroll – Head of Professional Development, Chartered Accountants
Ireland has worked for Chartered Accountants Ireland over 15 years is
currently Head of Professional Development. He graduated from UCD with a BA Hons
in Medieval and Modern History Diploma and subsequently continued his education
completing a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Irish Management Institute, a
MSc Education Leadership from Dublin City University, a Certificate in Adult
Guidance and Counselling, Maynooth University and a HDip Education Studies,
University College Dublin and a Certificate in Technology Risk and Data Incident
Management.
Teresa Gallagher - EY Senior Manager, Digital Audit Strategist - Data
Analytics - Teresa is a senior manager working in EY's Data analytics team
with a focus on service to client's internal audit and finance functions.
Paul Tully - EY Director, Data & Analytics - Paul is a finance
& analytics director with over 20 years hands on experience across practice
and industry, now leading EY's data analytics team to enable clients to leverage
analytics and AI in their finance function.
Sinead Fox-Hamilton - Relationship and Professional Development
Manager, Chartered Accountants Ireland is a Law graduate and Fellow
Chartered Accountant who has enjoyed a diverse career spanning varied Finance,
Recruitment and Consulting positions. In her current role with Chartered
Accountants Ireland, she showcases the Chartered Accountancy profession,
supports career and professional development journeys along with working with
employers to implement relevant training and learning solutions to support
talent management. Sinead was noted in Northern Ireland’s ‘Top 40 under 40’ and
‘Top 20 Inspiring Women’ listings and was also recognised for her ‘Services to
Accounting and Finance’ in the Northern Ireland Women’s Awards. She is a past
winner of Chartered Accountants Ireland ‘Chartered Star’ competition.
Robert Kirk – University of Ulster is an Emeritus Professor
of Financial Reporting at Ulster University. He has lectured extensively within
Ireland and Great Britain on accounting standards to diverse organisations such
as British Gas Plc, British Aerospace Plc, NATO, Bank of Ireland, John Laing
Plc, Deloitte and Reed International Plc. He has lectured on IFRS standards to
major companies in Cyprus, United States, Bahrain, South Africa, Zambia and
Ghana. He has published 15 books on the subject in Ireland and GB
John Darby has been practising as a solicitor in Ireland
since 1997 and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland. He qualified and
practised for ten (10) years in leading Irish law firm, McCann FitzGerald and is
currently a consultant at Flynn O’Driscoll LLP (since 2014). John’s main
areas of practise are corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and
corporate governance.
Moira Dunne – beproductive.ie is a Productivity and Wellness
Consultant and co-founder of beproductive.ie. She has extensive Change
Management and Project Management experience gained during a 30-year career in
the Pharmaceutical, IT, Regulatory and Financial Services sectors. She
delivers training and coaching on a range of topics including Productivity, Team
Connection, Leadership Development, Planning, Wellbeing and Project
Management. She currently runs beproductive.ie while
working on business training projects with Olas Training.
Gearóid O’Sullivan – Chartered Accountants Ireland is the
Tax Manager at Chartered Accountants Ireland. Gearóid’s areas of expertise are
corporate and capital taxes. He previously worked in practice with PwC, having
trained with KPMG in their Dublin offices and having worked for a time with
Moore in Cork City also.
Brian Hegarty - HCA Chartered
Accountants is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency
Practitioner experienced in corporate recovery, insolvency, advisory accounting,
business planning, and financial and business modelling. He has over 15 years’
experience of in providing advice to growing businesses and those facing
financial challenges. Brian works with businesses from sole traders through to
multinationals, as well as public sector and voluntary organisations.
Nicholas Compton -
The Bar Librarywas admitted to the Bar of
Northern Ireland in 2015 and is currently open to instructions across all
practice areas. His legal practice is primarily concentrated on civil
litigation in the County Court and High Court. Nicolas possesses particular
expertise in commercial disputes, land and property disagreements, matters
involving individual and corporate insolvency, and disputes related to companies
and partnerships.
