Summary

This session explores how to foster a workplace culture grounded in dignity and respect. It will cover the legal and ethical responsibilities of employers, the impact of workplace bullying and harassment, and how to implement effective policies and procedures. Participants will leave with practical tools to promote inclusion and psychological safety

Format

This course will be delivered via Zoom on Tuesday 10 June 2025 from 1pm to 2pm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.
