Speaker Bio
Patricia Byron is a Senior Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator, and Learning & Development expert with over 25 years of experience empowering individuals and teams across industries. An accredited EMCC Senior Practitioner, Patricia specialises in executive presence, career transitions, high-performance teams, and inclusive leadership.
Initially working in Banking and Finance and throughout her career she has worked with leaders at all levels, from emerging managers to C-suite executives. She designs and delivers experiential leadership development programs, coaching interventions, and reflective learning experiences that drive measurable performance and personal growth.
Her expertise spans difficult conversations, feedback, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering psychologically safe and inclusive workplace cultures.
Patricia is also a senior lecturer and thought leader in leadership development, focusing on women in leadership, resilience, neurodiversity, and holistic approaches to people management. Known for combining practical tools with reflective insight, she helps individuals and teams navigate complex workplace dynamics while cultivating stronger, more collaborative relationships.
