Course overview

The objective of the seminar is to give attendees a clear and practical understanding of the mortgage and home-buying process in Ireland. We aim to demystify how mortgage lending works, explain how rates affect repayments, and outline the key steps in the mortgage process.

By the end of the seminar, attendees should have a good sense as to how to make a successful mortgage application, understand Government schemes that are available to support home buying and have a greater awareness of lender options and rates.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has a deep understanding of the mortgage market and a passion for helping first-time buyers navigate the home-buying process. Martina is a regular contributor to media outlets, providing expert insights on mortgage trends and financial planning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and is a Qualified Financial Advisor.
