The Department of Finance announced it will host a virtual seminar on international tax at 2 pm on Wednesday, 21 April. The seminar will focus on the ongoing work of the OECD in addressing the tax challenges of digitalisation, highlighting particular concerns for Irish stakeholders in the context of an agreement.
The virtual seminar will be opened by Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe TD. Pascal Saint-Amans (Director, Centre for Tax Policy and Administration – OECD), Fabrizia Lapecorella (Director General of Finance Ministry of Economy and Finance, Italy - G20 Presidency), and Benjamin Angel (Director, TAXUD.D, EU Commission) and Barbara Angus (EY’s Global Tax Policy Leader) will be among the panellists speaking at the event.
