Minister Ryan to launch CDP's Climate Change Report on 4 March

Feb 15, 2021

Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, Eamon Ryan, will launch CDP Ireland Network's Climate Change Report 2020 on 4 March, 2-3pm.

The CDP is an international, not-for-profit organisation providing a global platform for companies and cities to measure, disclose, manage and share vital environmental information. The CDP Ireland Network represents the CDP's interests in Ireland.

In September 2020, the CDP was one of five global organisations – along with CDSB, GRI, IIRC and SASB – whose frameworks, standards and platforms guide the majority of sustainability and integrated reporting, which came together to announce a shared vision of what is needed for progress towards comprehensive corporate reporting – and the intent to work together to achieve it.

The CDP's Climate Change Report 2020 launching in March provides insight into how leading companies in Ireland and around the world are responding to the challenge of climate change in their businesses, products and supply chains.

It also highlights the performance of a rapidly growing number of Irish companies who responded to CDP in 2020 despite the challenges of COVID-19, and outlines the progress they are making on this critical issue.

This event is free to attend, however registration is required.
