MyEnquiries service difficulties

Responding to concerns raised by our members on the quality of the MyEnquires service, Chartered Accountants Ireland under the auspices of the CCAB-I, is participating in a special working group set up through TALC to work with Revenue on improving MyEnquiries.  

At a recent meeting of the special working group, Revenue noted that it may take a number of months for improvements to the MyEnquiries service to be identified and actioned but Revenue is committed to improving the service. 

In cases where a taxpayer or tax agent has not received a response to a MyEnquiries query within the 20 day customer service response standard, the taxpayer or tax agent should use the Exceptional contacts channel to bring the matter to the attention of senior management in Revenue.
