Camilla Cullinane appointed to board of Guaranteed Irish

Guaranteed Irish has appointed Camilla Cullinane, Tax Partner at KPMG Ireland, to its Board of Directors. Camilla Cullinane has over 17 years’ experience advising a wide range of Irish and multinational clients across many sectors including agriculture, property, hospitality and manufacturing. Camilla is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, the Irish Tax Institute and has recently completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising the Family Business.


Deirdre Nicholl is the new COO of Corporate Banking in Bank of Ireland

Deirdre Nicholl has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Banking. Deirdre has worked in Bank of Ireland for over six years and was a senior leader within the Group Internal Audit team, where she has held the dual role of Deputy Group Chief Internal Auditor and Head of Audit since 2018. 

Deirdre is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, holds a Degree in Business Studies and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).


Maurice Minogue made Partner at CHK

Maurice Minogue has joined the CHK Partnership as a partner with CHK. He is a commerce graduate of UCC, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Chartered Tax advisor and holds an advanced diploma in international tax. Maurice has extensive experience, having worked previously with Ernst & Young, advising both domestic and international clients, across a broad range of industry sectors.

Eoin Healy

Baker Tilly appoints new Corporate Recovery Director

Baker Tilly has announced the appointment of Eoin Healy as Director within the Corporate Recovery department.

Eoin brings over 14 years’ experience to the role, having worked across a wide range of high-profile domestic and international corporate advisory and restructuring assignments in both Ireland and Australia, having most recently been Associate Director with a Big 4 firm in Adelaide. He has a wealth of experience in SME advisory, Independent Business Reviews and informal and formal restructuring, spanning across a variety of industries such as construction, agriculture, manufacturing, retail and transport.


The Bermuda Insurance Managers Association appoints a new President

The Bermuda Insurance Managers Association has appointed Grainne Richmond as President.

Grainne is Vice President at Strategic Risk Solutions and took up her position at the volunteer, non-profit organisation on March 1, 2021. She previously held the position of BIMA president from 2016 to 2018.

Richmond is also a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. She is a director of WeSpeak Bermuda and a member of the Institute of Directors in Bermuda.
