ROS services impacted by high level of demand

Revenue acknowledged that ROS and myAccount services were impacted by the demand from taxpayers seeking to access their Preliminary End of Year Statement on Friday. With the high level of demand expected to continue over the course of the week, Revenue is working to manage the system to facilitate the filing of returns due this week. Chartered Accountants Ireland has asked Revenue to factor any performance issues with ROS into cases where returns are filed late this week.
