Women’s Mentoring Circle - Balance and Planning (ROI/NI)

Summary

Join us for a supportive and collaborative session focused on life-work balance and future planning. In this mentoring circle, you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences and learn from others, as we explore strategies for managing professional and personal priorities. This is more than just an event—it’s a chance to connect with like-minded women, gain new perspectives, and explore ways to achieve balance while planning for the future.

Format

The fee charged for this event will be donated to Women's Aid.
This course will take place online from 6pm to 8pm.

Who Should Attend?

This mentoring circle welcomes women in the Chartered accountancy profession at every stage of their career—from trainees to partners, industry professionals, self-employed members and those returning to the workplace. Whether you’re eager to grow your network, share insights, or seek guidance from supportive peers, participants will have the opportunity to connect, learn, and inspire one another.

Course Overview

During the session, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Reflect on your experiences with work-life balance and hear what’s working for others
• Share strategies for balancing personal life, career goals, and transitions
• Explore ways to plan for the future while staying flexible
• Discuss setting boundaries and prioritising self-care
• Identify actionable steps for moving forward with your balance goals

Speaker Bio's

Charlotte Rose Keating is an FCA. She graduated from Trinity College, Dublin with a Law degree and then trained as a Chartered Accountant in Deloitte. Charlotte is the founder of "Act On It Coaching" and, as an accredited coach and certified trainer, she works with individuals and organisations to support professional and personal development journeys She provides training on various topics, including Empowering Women in the Workplace and Managing Diversity.
