Speaker Bio's

Carmel Moore is the Director of One Moment Company, bringing extensive leadership experience in business transformation and advisory services. Previously, she served as Transformation Director at EY and was a Partner in the firm's Tax Performance Advisory practice. Her distinguished career spans leading roles at Deloitte, Barclays, and Pfizer.

Ronan Dunne is a Chairman, CEO, Board Strategic Advisor and independent non-executive director.Ronan served at Verizon, most recently as strategic advisor to the CEO. As Verizon Consumer Group EVP & CEO, he led the teams responsible for delivering wireline, wireless and television products and services to more than 100 million consumers.Ronan was CEO of leading UK wireless operator, Telefonica UK (O2). Under his leadership, O2 became the industry leader and a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility, with Ronan being named the 2015 Ethical Corporation CEO of the Year.Ronan’s charitable work focuses on education and providing opportunities for the next generation of leaders. Ronan serves on the Advisory Board of the Kairos Society and is a counsellor for One Young World.

Rosie Conolly Quinn is self-made entrepreneur who started out as a personal shopper in Arnott's. An online influencer and former model she founded her brand 4th ARQ in 2020 with husband Paul Quinn.

Oonagh O’Hagan is the owner and Managing Director of Meaghers Pharmacy Group. A qualified pharmacist, she was in her late 20s when she bought the landmark Meagher’s Pharmacy on Dublin’s Baggot Street from Pierce Meagher in 2001. She has since gone on to grow the business to nine pharmacies and a thriving online store. She now employs 150 people with further growth planned. Meagher’s has been named as a Deloitte Best Managed Irish Company for the past seven years and has been awarded Platinum Status these past two years. The Meaghers Pharmacy Group  have  represented Ireland in the European Business Awards  and collected the two top business awards at the Irish Pharmacy News awards ceremony, taking away the Business Development of the Year award and the OTC retailer in the same year. Meaghers have also been named as a “Great Place to Work” in  Ireland for the past two years, being named as one of Ireland’s Top 30 small places to work for 2021 and also collected the award for Customer experience in the Healthcare sector at the Cx awards last year. Oonagh herself has picked up many business awards and was named as Image Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016, was shortlisted for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2021, and most recently was named Irish Tatler Businesswoman of the Year 2022.
