Women’s Mentoring Circle (ROI/NI) - Influence & Everyday Leadership

This interactive, in-person Mentoring Circle explores leadership as influence, presence, and decision-making- not just formal titles. The session includes a panel discussion hosted by Charlotte Rose Keating, followed by mentoring-circle discussions where participants share perspectives and learning. This course will be delivered via Zoom on Wednesday 8 April 2026from 6pm to 8pm . The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.

Women in the accountancy profession at every stage of their career who want to explore influence and leadership in their current roles— from trainees to partners, industry professionals, self-employed members and those returning to the workplace.

Course Overview

This session will offer participants an opportunity to:

  • Explore leadership as influence in everyday professional situations
  • Share experiences of presence, credibility, and decision-making
  • Learn from panel perspectives and peer discussion
  • Discuss practical ways influence shows up at work

Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Recognise everyday leadership in their own roles
  • Gain insight from diverse perspectives
  • Reflect on how influence operates in practice
  • Identify one or two ideas to apply in their work

Speaker Bio's

Charlotte Rose Keating, FCA, is the founder of Act On It Coaching. A Deloitte-trained Chartered Accountant and Law graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she is an IAPC&M accredited coach and certified trainer. Charlotte designs and facilitates mentoring and leadership programmes focused on confidence, wellbeing, and sustainable success, including programmes delivered in partnership with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
